Shipping And Return Policy
SHIPPING WITHIN USA

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Ground/Priority/Next Day), the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
We currently offer three shipping methods from our Los Angeles facility:
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Priority (2nd Day Air)
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Day (Next Day Air)
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM PDT, pending availability and credit card verification. Customer signature is required for delivery. Next-Day and 2nd day air orders are given top priority.
Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select 2nd Day or Next Day air services for expedited delivery.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PDT will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12PM PDT will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12PM PDT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
LEISURE & CO. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a UPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, LEISURE & CO. offers complimentary returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The merchandise must be in sale-able condition with tickets attached.
- The merchandise must not be altered.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. Not returnable at any time: lingerie, swimwear, antique jewelry and clothing, pierced earrings, women’s evening-wear, altered merchandise, and any item marked Final Sale.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Complete the return section on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise. For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid United States Postal Service (USPS) return label with your packing slip. Simply complete your name and address and affix the return label to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you do not have the return form, you may include the shipment notification email as your proof of purchase. Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office, dropped in any USPS collection box, or given to your USPS carrier.
LEISURE & CO. offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. No fee will be deducted from your return.

Instead, you should return your package via the carrier of your choice with return signature required. For your protection, fine jewelry returns should be insured for their full value.
